Photographer Iftekhar Ahmed Fagun works independently. He takes photos with his Canon 60D and 18-55mm and 50mm lenses. In 2018, he began his photographic trip. He enjoys watching images, hearing tales, and capturing moments. He is very interested in photography of cultures, traditions, biodiversity, and ecosystems. 

Worked as a photographer in the documentation of Regional Integrated Multi-hazard Early Warning System(RIMES)’s project ‘Improved Weather and Flood Information System for Community Based Risk and Resource Management’ under SHOUHARDO III program, a food security program of CARE Bangladesh, supported by USAID with the complementary support from Government of Bangladesh.

Also completed the photo documentation of one research project of the Department of Aquatic Resource Management, Sylhet Agricultural University which was supported by the Bangladesh Agricultural Research Council and World Bank.

Manipuri children are perforing in Rash festival. Rash festival is one of the most colorful festivals in November celebrated by the beautiful Manipuri tribes in the Kamalganj (Moulvibazar) of Bangladesh. This Hindu festival has dedicated to the love of Krishna and Radha.
Rakher Upobash is a famous Hindu religious festival of lights, faith and devotion. Rakher Upobash is also known as Kartik Brati. The photo is capture in Sylhet while the hindu devotees gathered in the local temple.
